About this site

Welcome to my digital workspace, where the intricacies of molecular chemistry meet the power of artificial intelligence. I am Soodoo, Ph.D., a material chemist with a passion for pushing the boundaries of what's possible in materials science and drug development.
With a Ph.D. in Material Chemistry, I have dedicated my career to exploring the complex world of molecules. My research interests lie at the intersection of chemistry and technology, specifically in leveraging AI to revolutionize molecular design. Currently, I am diving deep into the realms of computational chemistry, using tools like RDKit in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and the latest in generative technologies like MatterGen to craft novel molecular models.
My journey involves:
- Designing Molecular Structures: Utilizing AI to predict and design molecular structures that could lead to breakthroughs in material properties and drug efficacy.
- Coding for Chemistry: Learning and applying coding techniques to simulate and analyze chemical reactions and material behaviors at a molecular level, aiming to enhance the speed and accuracy of material discovery.
- Innovation in Drug Applications: Focusing on creating molecular compounds that can serve as new pharmaceuticals, tackling some of the most challenging health issues by designing molecules with specific therapeutic properties.
I am in the early stages of this exciting venture, where each day presents new learnings and opportunities to innovate. This website is not only a showcase of my work but also a platform for collaboration, where I hope to engage with fellow scientists, developers, and innovators who are as fascinated by the potential of AI in chemistry as I am.
Join me as we explore new horizons in material science and pharmaceutical development, one molecule at a time.
